Long-distance move from Calgary to Kelowna. Unitas gave us a firm flat-rate quote and delivered our stuff on the promised day. The crew at both ends was professional and careful. One dining chair leg was chipped in transit — Unitas offered a partial refund without argument. Fair company, would still recommend for big moves.

Piano move from Somerset to Silverado. My grand piano is my most prized possession and I was nervous handing it over. The Unitas crew brought a proper piano board, straps, and dollies. They took extra time to get it around a tight corner. Not a single tuning issue afterwards. Worth every penny.

Packing service was a lifesaver. Two packers came the day before our move and boxed our 3-bedroom in Legacy in about 5 hours. Almost everything was labelled clearly, though a couple of boxes were mislabelled by room which made unpacking slightly harder. Overall a huge help — worth booking again with a quick label-check at the end.

Good experience overall. Moved a 3-bedroom house from Cranston to McKenzie Towne. Crew was professional and careful with our furniture. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they arrived about 30 minutes late due to a previous job running over. Once they started though, they were excellent and made up the time.
