Tuscany is a master-planned community in Calgary's far northwest, bordering the Rocky Mountain foothills. Developed from the late 1990s onward, it's one of NW Calgary's largest and most popular family suburbs, with its own CTrain station, schools, shopping, and stunning mountain views.
What Makes Tuscany Moves Unique
Tuscany homes are generally newer — most built between 1998 and 2015 — with open floor plans, double garages, and well-maintained exteriors. The neighbourhood's wide streets and good infrastructure make it very moving-truck-friendly.
However, Tuscany's location on the city's western edge means that moves to or from the south or east side of Calgary involve longer drive times.
